My recent stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. On one hand, the location is incredibly convenient, particularly for conventions, and the staff was generally pleasant. On the other hand, I faced significant delays with check-in and service, which dampened the experience. The amenities are fine, but some things just didn't seem to work seamlessly. I might consider other options next time.
